The disciples asked Jesus, “Lord, teach us to pray.” It was a simple and honest request from those closest to Jesus - those who had directly witnessed the power of prayer in Christ’s ministry. This is our request today - to learn to pray in every season and situation.
Throughout the Bible, we see so many examples of prayer and a strong prayer life incorporates these various types of prayer to help us through the many different situations we face in life. During this series, we will learn and practice seven different types of prayer, following the example of Jesus Christ, who said “how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him.”
