We believe that prayer is vital to the life of all people. We were made as relational beings and we need relationship with our Creator, God, to thrive. Prayer is how we can form and build a relationship with God. Through prayer we are able to speak and communicate with the Lord.
At WCC we have a variety of ways to engage in praying both individually and corporately.

You don't have to do life alone. It's one of the best parts of being part of a church community. We eagerly look forward to joining you in communication with our Lord and King and presenting our requests to him together.
Sunday Morning After Service Prayer
You are not alone. We want to partner with you in any prayer need that you may have. Each Sunday morning we have an opportunity for prayer after every service. If you desire personal prayer for any circumstance in your life following the Sunday service we would encourage you to pray with someone beside you or to come to the front where one of our ministry team members will meet you there. We look forward to partnering with you in prayer.

We have a team of people who are committed to prayer and who would love to pray for you. If you have a prayer request and are looking for someone to personally pray for you during the week please feel free to join this meeting Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm in the church building. When you arrive (in the youth room in the basement) please mention that you are there because you have a personal prayer need. You also are welcome to come if you do not have a need but would like to join the group who is praying for needs within our community. Both groups of people are more than welcome and we look forward to meeting you and praying with/for you.
