Local Mission

At Wilmot Centre Church we are passionate about demonstrating the love of Jesus to our immediate community. We are a church that intentionally engages in the life of our community, to meet needs and provide hope. Below are some ways we carry out our local mission.

Ottawa, ON, Power to Change


Darlene is Executive Director of Christian Embassy, which seeks to inspire political, diplomatic and business leaders with the person and values of Jesus, while connecting them with other leaders.

Jason Erb

Baden, ON, Youth Unlimited


We are youth workers who volunteer as coaches, class assistants, and youth advocates in the community of Wilmot. We endeavour to care for every individual that we serve, having them tangibly experience God’s love.

Waterloo, ON, Power to Change


I work with Power to Change - Students (P2C-S) as a full time staff member, helping students at Conestoga College take their next step towards Jesus and supporting our ministries at the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.

We live in Waterloo Ontario and serve the Body of Christ locally and globally through E3 Ministry Canada which stands for

Equipping God's People, to Evangelize God's World, and Establish Multiplying Churches everywhere.

Global Mission

Wilmot Centre Church regularly supports global mission partners all over the world, who are ministering to their communities, intentionally engaging with the needs around them, and sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.

Our ministry is called Create International, a media ministry of YWAM that is focused on producing contextual art and media resources to share the Gospel in the languages of unreached people groups.

Stouffville, ON, MORE Network


We provide missionary training courses to help missionaries from Canada and the United States who are preparing for, or returning from, cross cultural ministry.

Clayton Family

Kona, Hawaii, YWAM


We serve at the University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii, equipping students through the DTS program and facilitating outreach ministries around the globe.

Dilts Family

Golden Lake, ON, First Nations, World Partners


We are passionate about travelling alongside Anishinaabe (Algonquin) and other Indigenous Peoples in eastern Ontario and Quebec and building paths between peoples, communities and our Creator, Jesus Christ.

Ellis Family

Knoxville, Tennessee, YWAM


We minister in Knoxville and surrounding areas of impoverished rural Appalachia, sharing the love of Christ in word and deed.

We have launched different projects, initiatives, and events all centered around the poor, children and women at risk, and community development.

We serve at the YWAM Kona base, working alongside Lifebearers Ministry and as managers of King’s Mansion, helping vulnerable moms and families in our local community and facilitating events that build connections for the kingdom of God.

Pamir Ministries

We make and broadcast Christian Radio and TV programs across Afghanistan and translate and publish the Bible in Afghan languages.

Rector Family

Jihlava, Czech Republic, Living Walk


We are currently living and ministering in Jihlava, Czech Republic for the purpose of reaching the people of Czech Republic with the gospel of Jesus Christ through our local coffee shop, Manolo, and the church run out of our shop.

Our mission has been to see Muslims reached with the love of Jesus in the 10-40 window and also decreasing maternal and infant mortality through safe pregnancy and childbirth.
