WHERE WE SERVE
We are currently living and ministering in Jihlava Czech Republic. Jihlava is a city of 50,000 people pretty well in the geographical centre of Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is a country of roughly 10 million people in the heart of Europe.
OUR MISSION IN A NUTSHELL
We are serving with Living Walk. The heart of Living Walk is to reach the people of Czech Republic with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Czech Republic is among the most atheistic countries in the world and many of the people here are living without any hope. We work across denominational lines with bible believing churches throughout Czech to build relationships and share the truth and love of Christ. We do this through music ministry, ESL outreaches, visual arts and our Living Walk discipleship program among other things. The soil in Czech is hard but God is working in hearts, minds and lives and we are beginning to see new fruit as we continue to walk out this call.
WCC CONNECTION
WCC has been and will continue to be our home church. We have attended since 2010, we are members and both our daughters were baptized in the pond right on the property (back when we still did that in the pond).
MINISTRY TIMELINE
Jody has been involved in Czech ministry for 19 years and Rachael for almost 18. We took the leap of faith to step out into long term full time ministry here in October 2017. We sold all that we couldn't take and we moved overseas. As for our timeline, only God knows but we are committed as long as He has us here.
