The Esau Family

We currently live in Chilliwack, BC (since 2015), but were ministering overseas prior to that: In Perth, Australia (2005 - 2009) and Thailand (2009 - 2015). I do my work/ministry out of our home, but occasionally will travel to other countries for conferences and projects.

Our ministry is called Create International. It is a media ministry of YWAM that is focused on producing contextual art and media resources to share the Gospel in the heart language for unreached mega-people groups (over 1 million people). My role is that of a videographer: cameraman while filming projects, and video editor when back in the office. In addition, I help to manage our website and ministry app, which gives free access to all of our resources for missionaries or indigenous people to download the Gospel presentations onto their computers or phones. And lastly, I manage our ministry's photo library. Donna is not involved in the ministry, but is working as an employment specialist.

WCC was our home church before we headed out into missions. We attended there from 1997 until 2004, when we started our journey with YWAM.

We did our YWAM DTS in 2004 (in Kelowna, BC), and then joined the Create International ministry in 2005. We don't have an end date yet, it's as God leads.

We can never have enough prayer:

1) That many unreached peoples will hear the Gospel message and respond to it.

2) For safety as our teams travel into 'closed' countries to get the footage to produce these films.

3) For God's provision each month.
